Pardon our dust

“What happened to Internet-Okinawa.com?!” you ask? We’re making it better!

Internet-Okinawa.com is under heavy construction and we’re working hard to restore the site you know and love.

In the meantime, please visit the Internet-Okinawa.com Photo Gallery. i-O Photographer, Myron Akana has just returned from his trip to Okinawa with some great visuals to share.

Also, check out Richie Yamashiroya’s Okinawa Culture Blog, Karakui!

You can still visit our old site by clicking on this link, which will be available for a limited time until the content is migrated to our new site.

Any questions or suggestions for the new and improved site? Please leave a comment here.

Nifee!

    Hi Donna and Richie,
Rodney Little here. Just droppin a line to see if there is anything you need help with on the new site design or apps?

On my front, I am still in Okinawa. I got a job working for Tomari elementary school in April. It’s been going pretty well.

I have been working on a documentary the past 6moths about the general desire for peace here among the people of okinawa and how WW2 left its mark on many aspects of the culture. I have learned a lot, but I have so much more to learn.

    Hope all is well.
    Best,
    R

    Haisai Rodney!

You’re so fortunate to be living in Okinawa and it’s great to hear about your documentary work. It’ll be cool to see some blog posts on this site of your experiences in Okinawa. *hint*

    Tege,
    Richie
